Seclude Hampi is a royal heritage site; a boutique hotel that has been lovingly restored and is now situated in the center of Karnataka’s vibrant cultural landscape. It is one of the residences of the Royal Ghorpade family of Sandur and albeit built in modern style, still retains the quiet magnificence of a long-lost period where architecture, art and culture formed a unified whole.
Seclude Hampi is located in Sandur near the ancient ruins of Hampi and serves as a very calm and peaceful counterpoint to the UNESCO World Heritage site. Built in a local style, it features beautiful stonework, hand-carved woodwork and furniture made by skilled artisans. The property is surrounded by open gardens and palm trees, creating a peaceful environment that not only highlights the royal charm but also gives a nature-like feel.

From Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport, the drive to Sandur takes approximately 5.5 hours via NH 48. Hampi is about 50.3 km from the property, around 1 hour by road. Hospet Junction Railway Station is approximately 33 km away, about 50 minutes by car, while Hospet KSRTC Bus Stand is around 1 hour away. Parking is available at the property.

A: Seclude Hampi 1800 has 6 rooms, each inspired by Hampi’s landscape, mythology, colours and cultural memory. The rooms are: Sugriva Red, Tungabhadra Blue, Bazaar Yellow Suite, Kishkindha Green, Lotus Pink, and Matanga Purple.
Each room has its own mood and design story. Sugriva Red takes inspiration from Sugriva Hill and opens towards the poolside, while Matanga Purple is inspired by Matanga Hill and includes a private study corner. Bazaar Yellow Suite and Lotus Pink come with grand private balconies.
Standard room amenities include AC, WiFi, geyser, electric kettle, toiletries and hair dryer. Some rooms also come with mini fridges.
