A.Booking Insurance Policy (Available on Request)

Cancellation Policy : :Thank you for choosing Seclude Hotels Home Style for your accommodation needs. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and to provide you with peace of mind, we offer a Booking Insurance Policy for guests who wish to have the option of canceling their room bookings. By paying an additional 10% of the booking amount, you can enjoy the benefit of free cancellation up to 5 days before your check-in date. Please review the following terms and conditions of the policy:

• Refund Options:
  a. Cash Refund: If you opt for a cash refund, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded to you.
  b. Credit Voucher Refund: If you prefer a credit voucher instead, you will receive a refund of 110% of the booking amount in the form of a credit voucher that can be used for future bookings at Seclude Hotels Home Style.
• Blackout Dates:
  Please note that the Booking Insurance Policy does not apply to bookings with a check-in date between 10th August and 15th August. During this period, no free cancellations or refunds will be available under this policy.
• Direct Bookings:
  The Booking Insurance Policy is applicable only for bookings made directly with Seclude Hotels Home Style. Reservations made through third-party platforms or travel agencies are not eligible for this policy.

Please keep in mind that the standard cancellation policy of Seclude Hotels Home Style applies to bookings without the Booking Insurance Policy. Without the policy, cancellations may be subject to fees or non-refundable amounts based on the specific terms of your reservation.

B. Non Refundable Rate

Cancellation Policy : : In case of cancellation of a booking made of a Non Refundable Rate amount, the total tariff is to be paid in advance at the time of confirming the booking and is non-refundable.

* Seclude Covid19 Policy: In case of Government advisory changing and we are unable to take guests on arrival due to Covid 19 rules of the departing state of the guest or the rules of the state where the hotel is situated, the booking amount will be adjusted as a “Hotel Credit” which can be used for any future booking dates (subject to availability) for a period on 6 months from the date of the original check in date.

Note: Any “Hotel Credit” will be adjusted against the rates applicable on the revised date of travel and for the Seclude Property selected.
