Terms & Conditions

Early check-in

  • Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
    Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered subject to room availability on the day of arrival.
    – Early check-in between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM will be arranged at an additional charge of ₹3,000.
    – Arrivals before 10:00 AM will require booking the room for the previous night at the full applicable rate.

    We encourage guests to check with us in advance so we can assist in planning a comfortable and seamless arrival.

    Late check-out

    • Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
      Late check-out is not guaranteed and will be permitted only subject to room availability on the day of departure.
      – Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM will be charged ₹3,000.
      – Check-outs after 3:00 PM will levy an additional charge of ₹1,000 per hour.

      Guests are advised to plan their check-out accordingly.

      Pet Policy

      • We allow only select types of pets at our properties. Guests wishing to travel with pets must share a clear photograph of the pet with our sales team at the time of booking. Permission will be granted only if the pet meets our internal eligibility criteria.
        – A pet stay fee of ₹2,000 per day is applicable.
        – Guests must carry their pet’s own towel. Use of property towels for pets will be chargeable.
        – Pet food and feeding bowls must be brought by the guest.
        – Guests are responsible for cleaning any poop or pee left by their pets within the property.
        – Pets must not scratch, damage, or soil furniture or furnishings including sofas, couches, or other inventory. Any -damage will be charged to the guest.
        – Pets are permitted in designated outdoor garden areas and are not allowed in dining areas or indoor common spaces.
        – Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. Guests are advised to bring their pet’s own bed.
        – Guests are solely responsible for the safety, behaviour, and conduct of their pets. The property will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by or to the pet.
        Failure to comply with the above policy may result in additional charges or refusal of stay.

        Part Payment Policy

        • Part payment is available only for bookings with a total value above ₹50,000.
          ⁠At the time of booking, a token amount of 25% of the total booking amount or ₹25,000 (whichever is higher) is required to confirm the reservation.

          Payment Schedule:
          -⁠Bookings made within 1 month of check-in:
          Full payment is required at the time of booking.

          -Bookings made 3 months or more before check-in:
          * 25% payable at the time of booking
          * 25% payable 1 month after the booking date
          * Remaining 50% payable 1 month before check-in

          Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund of the token amount.

          Hotel Policies

          • As per Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guest (including kids) to show a valid photo identification (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure to carry this with you.
          • Check-in time : 02:00 PM and Check-out time : 11:00 AM

          Guest Policies

          • Smoking / Hukkah in the rooms is not allowed.
          • All of our booking requires 100% advance booking.
          • There is no room service for meals – only a limited snack menu at select locations.
          • All homestyle meals are served in the dining area during the time stated on the menu.
          • There is a minimum of Rs. 1000/ surcharge for advance requests for serving a meal in any other area (outside of the dining room) – available only at the Managers’ discretion during regular meal hours.
          • No outside catering is permitted.
          • Guests do not have access to our kitchen and are not allowed to cook on property.
          • Seclude properties have standardized menu and fully staffed kitchens. In addition, specially curated meals are available for groups with advance notification/planning.
          • We care about your well being, if you have special needs, food allergies etc, please notify us in advance. We can discuss the possibilities to accommodate your dietary requirements.
          • Our last order for food is 10pm, and all staff retire by 11pm. (with the exception of NYE).
          • We provide daily housekeeping service.
          • Following our eco-friendly, water conservation policy – we change our bed linens and towels every two days, should you want it daily, we can accommodate your request for nominal charge of Rs. 450/- per service. Please notify the Manager to arrange additional service.
          • Should you have a fireplace in your room, at an additional charge of Rs. 450/ our staff will light it for you – it lasts for about 1.5 hours and will be put out no later than 10pm by our staff. This is for your safety and that of the property.
          • Guests are required to adhere to the noise ordinance policy as per individual property.
          • QUIET HOURS begin at 9:30 p.m. disturbing the peace through loud music or drinking, or unruly behaviour is not permitted. Property manager reserves the right to decide what is loud music and caution the guest to reduce sound levels to personal listening level.
          • Guests are required to wear appropriate casual attire during their stay and behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, our staff and our property.
          • Not adhering to a decency code on any Seclude property or a violation of our policies can result in removal from property without a refund.
          • We provide other additional service on chargeable basis like Bonfire (fixed hrs subject to weather permitting), Driver / Maid accommodation, Bar-be-que dinner, Cake,Candle Light Dinner / set up, Room decoration, etc.

          DND Clause

          I hereby authorize and give consent to Ace Star Managment Pvt Ltd to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information / alerts / SMS / other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages / calls, I will not hold ASBL its third party service provider liable / institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time. It will be auto renewed every month and if you want to stop this service please write an email to info@seclude.in before the due date and call our support number 09810743242.

          Other Policies

          • Any breakage or damage of any items in the property will be charged as ‘actuals’.
          • Billable items will be deducted from security deposit or additionally billed. These include: Breakage of glassware and crockery.
          • Damage to property, furniture and fixtures, linen, etc. Few chargeable add-ons:
          • Fire place (fixed hrs.)
          • Bonfire (fixed hrs.) subject to weather permitting
          • Driver / Maid accommodation
          • Bar-be-que dinner
          • Cake
          • Candle Light Dinner / set up
          • Room decoration
