A.Cancellation Policy – December 2024 – March 2025

When you book directly by calling us, you can avail of our Free Cancellation Policy. This is meant for those who have booked in advance and for some reason want to defer their visit.

We offer the flexibility of cancelling your booking at no charge up to 10 days before your check-in date.

Below are the terms and conditions for this policy:

Refund Option: On your request, We will issue a Credit Voucher for 100% of the booking amount in the form of a credit voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of issue at Seclude Hotels Home Style. We do NOT give a cash refund.

Blackout Date: We do not offer a free cancellation on blackout dates. So if you book on these dates then the free cancellation does not apply. These dates are :
– 23rd December, 2024 – 2nd January 2025.
– January 24th, 2025 to January 26th, 2025
– March 21st 2025 – March 24th2025

Direct Bookings Only: The policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with Seclude Hotels Home Style. Reservations through third-party platforms or travel agencies are not eligible.

Note: The policy is subject to change. Please refer to the latest version available at the time of booking for updated terms and conditions.

B. Non Refundable Policy

Cancellation Policy : : In case of cancellation of a booking made of a Non Refundable Rate amount, the total tariff is to be paid in advance at the time of confirming the booking and is non-refundable.

Note: Any “Hotel Credit” will be adjusted against the rates applicable on the revised date of travel and for the Seclude Property selected.
