Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly with Seclude Hotels Home style’s reservation team.
Reservations made through third-party platforms or travel agencies are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: Serious health issues, Flight cancellations, Death in the immediate family. All such requests must be supported by valid documentary proof. Refunds without supporting documentation will not be processed.

All eligible refunds will be issued only in the form of a credit voucher. We do not offer cash refunds.

Guests seeking a full refund of the booking amount, if they are unsure of the stay can opt for cancellation insurance at the time of booking. The insurance fee will be 10% of the total booking amount which is non-refundable.

Below are the terms and conditions for this policy:

Eligibility for Refund: – Cancellations must be made 21 days or more prior to the check-in date.
– Cancellations made within 20 days of check-in are not eligible for any refund.
– Bookings made for blackout dates including (but not limited to) Republic Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year, – long weekends, and peak dates are non-refundable.

Cancellation Charges: – For bookings of ₹30,000 or below, a cancellation charge of ₹3,000 will be deducted from the total booking amount.
– For bookings of ₹30,001 and above, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount.

Refund Method & Timeline: – Eligible refunds will be issued as a credit voucher redeemable at any Seclude property.
– The voucher will have a validity of 3 months from the date of issue.
– The credit voucher will be issued within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Booking Modifications: – Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 21 days prior to check-in.

Force Majeure: – Credit Voucher will be issued in cases of force majeure, like natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Procedure: – All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to sales@seclude.in.
– Cancellations communicated through any other medium will not be considered valid.
